What is collected when you use this site, who sees it, and how to have it deleted.
If you fill in the request form: your name, phone number, email address, the service address, the neighborhood if you pick one, the type of request and your message. The form also records the page it was submitted from, your browser's time zone and the network address the submission arrived from. Those last three are used to screen out automated spam.
If you call: the number you called from and any voicemail you leave.
To a single independent duct and dryer vent cleaning contractor serving McKinney, so that they can contact you about the job. A copy is kept so the request can be followed up. It is not sold, rented or added to a marketing list.
The site uses Google Analytics to count page views, which involves cookies. The page views are also used to build an audience of people who have been here, so that the operator of this site can show them ads about air duct and home services on Google and, where switched on, on Meta platforms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work, Google's ad settings page and facebook.com/adpreferences turn the ads off, and if you live in a state with a targeted-advertising opt-out right, the request form works for that too.
To have a request deleted, send a note through the contact form with the phone number you used. The matching record is then removed.
This site is for adults who own or manage a home. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
