The short version: this site introduces you to a contractor. The job is between you and them.
McKinney Duct Pros is a referral service. It takes requests about air duct and dryer vent cleaning and forwards each one to an independent contractor. It does not perform, supervise or guarantee any cleaning, repair or air conditioning work, and it is not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor.
Contractors are separate businesses. They set their own prices, carry their own insurance and are responsible for their own work and licensing. Check the things that matter to you, including a written scope and proof of insurance, before work starts.
Pages on this site describe houses, duct systems, published prices and public rules in general terms. They are not an inspection of your home and not legal advice. Agency guidance and state rules are quoted as they read when the page was written and may have changed since; the source is named so you can check it.
