Craig Ranch began in 2000, and one real estate guide lists its homes as built from 2002 to 2023. The first of them are now past twenty years old, which makes this the part of McKinney where equipment replacement and duct cleaning meet.
Original air handlers in these houses are old enough that replacement is a live question. When one is replaced, the plenum is open and the ducts can be reached properly. Line the cleaning up with that day, if the ducts need it at all.
The only thing likely to be in these ducts is what the construction crews left. Pull a register and look before spending anything.

The same guide describes about 2,200 acres planned for more than 3,700 single-family homes and about 3,000 apartments, with townhomes and condominiums alongside detached houses. Attached housing changes two things.
First, the dryer vent. In a townhome or condominium it may run up through a shared wall to the roof, and the roof may not be yours to work on. Second, access. The air handler may be in a closet or a small attic space reached from a hallway, which affects how the vacuum is set up. Mention the type of home when you call so the contractor arrives ready for it.
Check the association documents. In attached housing the part of the vent inside your unit is normally yours, while anything on the roof or an outside wall may be the association's.
If a replacement is likely in the next year or two, waiting and doing both together makes more sense than cleaning twice.
