Home / Service areas
Most of McKinney is covered by the build-year table on the home page. These eight places get their own page because something specific about them changes the duct or dryer vent job.
| Place | Why it has a page |
|---|---|
| Historic District | Houses older than central air, inside a city preservation overlay. |
| Stonebridge Ranch | Begun in the mid-1980s and built for decades, so duct age changes from one village to the next. |
| Craig Ranch | Homes from 2002 to 2023, attached and detached, with the earliest at equipment-replacement age. |
| Tucker Hill | Built 2008 to 2017 as one cohort, with large floor plans where the count of systems matters. |
| Trinity Falls | A 2,000-acre community still being built, where the dust is from construction. |
| Allen | A neighboring city with a median build year of 2003 and a third of its housing from before 2000. |
| Melissa | Median build year 2015. Nearly three houses in four date from 2010 or later. |
| Princeton | Fast new growth around an older core, with about one home in four rented. |
Five are inside McKinney or carry its name. Three are separate cities in Collin County.
Requests from anywhere in McKinney are taken, along with Fairview, Prosper, Anna and the unincorporated parts of Collin County between them. If your street is not on a page here, the build-year page is the one to read: the year the house went up tells you more than the name of the subdivision.
Say where the house is and when it was built. If a contractor covers it, you will hear back.
